Rose, your description of what it's been like for you publishing books, some of the difficulties you've faced, made me realize that some of the difficulties I've faced at work lately are related to my emergence as a thought leader, and leader in general. Thank you! It helps me to feel some pride in my mistakes, rather than shame. I was willing to do the work, the scary new thing, and learn and grow from it.
Thank you so much for answering my question, Rose! I appreciate all the more the hard work required to publish your wonderful groundbreaking books. And, like Jasmine, I have a bigger and better understanding for what it means to be a leader. It does take courage. And it is a privilege to live at this time!
