K.S. Morgan Thank you so much for your answer, Quinn! I finally wrote a review :) I had to re-read 'In Excess' for that and I loved it just as much as I did first time. I'm really curious, though, how do you imagine Seth and Nik's, Dante and Theo's lives in five, ten, twenty years? Do you believe they will still be together?

Your new book sounds amazing! I really can't wait to read it, I want it right now :D

Quinn Anderson Thanks so much for the review!

As for your question, I actually think that Seth and Nik make it in the long haul but that Dante and Theo, surprisingly, do not. I know it probably seems like it would be the other way around, but after everything Nik and Seth went through together and how much they grew, I always imagined they would last. And, hopefully, continue to grow together. Particularly, I hoped Nik would finally get the chip off his shoulder and resolve his anger issues and that Seth would get hit hard and fast with what it's like in the real world.

Theo and Dante, however... they were sort of a friendship that ended up becoming more at a time when it was convenient. I mean, they lived in the same town and went to the same school and knew each other all their lives, so for right then, it was perfect. I won't lie, Theo was my favorite character to write, and I feel like I sometimes lavished more attention on him than others. He was so analytical and wise, I see him graduating from college and then taking off to go backpacking, shoeless, through South America. He's just too worldly to get tied down. I think when that inevitably happened, he and Dante would go back to being friends and then maybe hitch up again down the line when they were both settled.

Hopefully that's not hugely disappointing! I'm off to read your review. :D
