I did note the reference to the Indian Wars and the war with Mexico. I figured you probably had a good reason for delaying the war, but what really threw me was having Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis still hold their respective offices thirty years too late....
:) How can you have the "Civil War" without Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis! Besides, rationalization aside, I just think the world would be cooler if it was still full of Indians, and the Civil War could be so much more interesting if it happened in 1890. I have to have fun or I won't sit down and write!
