Same...I've noticed that trend too in Supernatural. All the good strong female characters end up dead :( I really wanna see some of them survive and have a bit of impact long-term for the show.
To be fair, the strong male characters do end up dead as well. Honestly, all the characters end up dead at some point. Felicia, you did a great job with Charlie! We're going to miss her.

Agreed! To be honest, when I saw the cover of your book I thought " that's Charlie from Supernatural!"
Nah, they're not killing off the strong female characters. They kill off most people the brothers get close to, even sometimes the brothers themselves, because that's ultimately what the show is about. Their bond amidst loss. Which is great because often shows with tough guys are all about guys being tough but the brothers have real depth, the action and monsters are just the tool used to investigate that. A lot of shows with brothers (Numb3rs, Prisonbreak, etc) still don't go anywhere near as deep. Supernatural is unique like that. =)
