Kris Kringle Why do all men think this is such and "important" work of fiction? It is NOT. You really need to ponder why an author could devote this many pages to pedophilia? Morally speaking this book and people's reactions can only be held as a great barometer as to their own perversion level. You might duly note that this author devoted more than just the pages of Lolita to child exploitation and pedophilia and this would answer the questions as to why he could draw in and foment that in those who have the underlying tendencies to laud fictional smut. Those are the same men who say, "Oh, but Lolita was so sexual and used her female wiles to manipulate poor HH." HELLO! even a family pet cat or dog learns how to manipulate to survive, get food and water, and human touch. The fact that a child cries herself to sleep every night after being sexually abused holds interest to those of only a marginal aptitude towards morality.
