I dunno the rape scenes between Jamie and Claire were very romanticised... and Claire forgives him almost instantly making it seem like it is acceptable.
They have a big fight when they get back to the castle and he forces himself on her while she's crying and saying no. Then he does it again the next morning and she talks about how painful it is because of what happened the night before but knows she cannot say no.
