I forgot to mention but Assassin is going to basically be a two-part book. There won't be a full resolution until the end of Assassin: The Revenge Tour.
Yes, I will! We were actually trying to find a book for me that was maybe an appropriate more extreme mystery because I struggle to read because I have not found a good book yet!
Maybe like an appropriate thriller! Some thrillers are like way, way, way too scary, so I do not like those kinds, but I do like books that are cliff hanging and leave you wondering what will happen next, so you will never stop reading! I have read about people who die in books, or killers, so that is nothing new. Some books go in detail about what happened to that person, and I like that to an extent. Not too graphic though where you feel uncomfortable and can't sleep or anything like that! I feel like I am a picky reader, but I just loved to read just recently and then I could not find a book that I really enjoyed and I strayed away pretty quickly, and I hate how that sounds because reading makes you smart and I have to do that in my school, so I would love to sit down with a cup of tea and enjoy it but i just can't anymore. But I am hoping I can find a really good book and get back to that!
Well as long as your mom agrees, you might be old enough for Assassin. The murders aren't super graphic. It does "show" different character's deaths but it's fairly quick and some of the deaths are fake. Like it was a game on this campus to have a target and kill them by making a black line on their neck. But some of the characters actually die. Also, the deaths happen pretty quickly and often as it is a short novel and 14 characters have to be eliminated. You and your mom can discuss if it would be a good choice for you.
