Lori IDK about suspense, I mean it was kind of predictable. The beginning gave away the whole story line. You KNEW that if she left w\ Cam, bad things were going to happen. You knew it was Daniel that saved Luce, and supposedly Todd who later died, suspicious if you ask me, from the fire. You knew Daniel didn't have parents and his file was completely empty, so why was Luce looking for them on parent's day? You knew that Gabby and Daniel weren't actually together.

Maranda I try to read them from a very naive point of view. It makes reading a little bit more suspenseful for me. Sure, you pretty much know that Daniel is an angel and all that jazz. But, I never really suspected her to be one herself. That took me by complete surprise. And, I also loved the stories that came with each "life". So, it may not have suspense around every corner, but I do feel like there was some thrown in here and there. I still think it is a great series to read and would love to re-read it again. Everyone's opinions are different.
