Well, it was mentioned that the father may have had property in Vegas but then never researched. Second, there is nosay if Sam & Libbey decide to get married . For that matter.
I think it was implied that the property in Vegas was lost like everything else. Sam and Libby -- I'd like to think they got married, but didn't rush into it :-)
