How can you possibly say Robin Hobb's "Elderlings" series is at all appropriate.... sex, drugs, lots of violence and swearing be damned?
i meant comparatively to mistborn, i havent actually read mistborn but i dont see how you could say this isn't appropriate while Elderlings is
Yeah Robin Hobb would be GREAT if you want your 11 year old kid to endure reading an endless barrage of rape scenes. I would never suggest her books to adults let alone kids because of that alone.
