That is before she has the deja vu feeling again, indicating that she has been fully absorbed back into the "new reality" in which she has always lived with Ryan the LEO and she no longer has memories of traveling backwards in time. In that new reality, she does not know anyone named Clio and she doesn't associate Eve Green with a missing child, only as Todd's girlfriend.
In the stories that I've read with time loops, when they return the previous memories are only for a short time and their memories sync with their present reality. Not very scientific but . . .
