Just finished reading an excellent and exhausting interview with Joyce Carol Oates in the New Yorker. She mentioned the character of Mikey/Mikhail/Ponytail and what he did at the end. He wanted to do something heroic and thereby did kill YK/Hawkeye/whoever he was. My wondering was about how this was a year later for Hannah. Did she have a shock/memory lapse?
