Vicki Mock Yes, I thank everyone for their comments. I did break down and purchased the book. However, and it pains me to say this, as I used to love Picoult, this is the last book of hers that I will even try to read. It is very sad when an author you enjoyed goes off the rails. I wonder why. I would suspect that they make so much money that they don't have to worry about pleasing their readers. I know I stopped reading James Patterson when he started with his ghost writers. Why would we pay full price for someone writing under his name. I digress, but these are 2 authors I no longer read.

Debra T You make an interesting point about JP only showing a single viewpoint. The thing I loved about My Sister’s Keeper was that she showed so many viewpoints. She has certainly gotten away from that. I did like this book, however.
