Susan Duffey Hi Reis! Thank you so much for your thoughtful and candid response. I too suffer from ADD amongst other things that tend to affect my ability to get things done. I have trouble getting past the list-making stage and do struggle to structure myself. I looked at excerpts of "Succeed..." on Amazon and do think it will help me so I placed my order today. I have always found that understanding the why of anything to be inspiring and necessary to make any lasting change. I like that she starts the book with explaining the importance of setting "difficult but possible" goals - I struggle mightily with this. I've recently become physically challenged and have to adapt to certain limitations which I find so frustrating! I think the book will help me set realistic but satisfying goals to reach and once I feel some success I will feel more in control of my abilities. The "all or nothing" and "do it perfectly or don't do it at all" mindset has left me paralyzed in a cycle of negative thinking. I also struggle with decision-making so learning how to prioritize when given many equally important and demanding tasks is especially difficult. I look forward to reading the book...I am in need of inspiration! The "StayFocused" tip is spot on as I do tend to fall in that endlessly interesting internet rabbit hole all too often. Thanks again for sharing! Cheers...Susan
