Turkish Johnny was the man who killed Bogdan's friend, Kaz, the taxi driver because he, Kaz, witnessed Tony killing the young drug dealer. Kaz took the drug dealer's body and dumped it. Then Turkish Johnny killed Kaz to tie up any loose ends. Bogdan killed Turkish Johnny on the boat then dumped his weighted body overboard because Turkish Johnny killed his friend. Bogdan then killed Tony because he ordered the hit. You do need a dance card for this one.
In my review, I suggested that the publisher add a character list to future editions - without the criminal aliases of course.
At the end, Bogdan tells Stephen that he killed Turkish Johnny pretty much right after his friend Kasimir's murder. He took him out on a boat and shot him as revenge.
