Why would it be coincidental. Her Gran said she had connections to the hotel to help get Molly a job there. Who do you think that connection was? Yeah, Mr Preston.
Right, not coincidental. She worried about molly so it would make sense that she’d get her a job where the was someone she trusted to help look after her.
Mr.P & Gran stayed lifelong friends, so yes he helped Molly get a job at the hotel where he worked. But that doesn't make him her grandfather, his friend got Gran preg & Mr.P tried to step up, a long time ago.
