Thank you for this explanation! I, too, listened to an audio version and had to go over that last little bit (after Kinsey arrived at the water treatment plant) to try and figure out what just happened. I must have missed the significance of Kinsey calling that number and "fingering" Roger - so again, thanks for spelling it out.
