I completely agree with all your points and I think the nurses should be spoken about more. Like didn’t one of them give Low dirty looks for being near Jeremy and surely they must have known something was off like how could you be a doctor and not realise the patient is recovered. I actually forgot about that friend run in scene but I’m going to look more into that because everything in this book is there for a reason.
