Is it very graphic?
It is fairly graphic, yes. It's the first, and only, grimdark book I've read thus far, so I can't make a good comparison to others in the genre unfortunately.
It's the most graphic fantasy book I've read, but maybe someone more "in the know" with this genre would think it's not very bad, I don't know.
For what it's worth, I did not feel that it lingered on things for too long or got too vivid with descriptions, but I don't want to mislead you at all. It's certainly graphic, some of it happening to innocent people.
