Angelica Dull Interesting, but if she was not faking her brain injuries, then how could Verity write the letter to Jeremy at the end of the book? She wouldn’t be physically capable of doing so and/or hiding the letter.

Mariana Fernandes I like your way of thinking. very unpopular, most people seem to be team manuscript. but if she was not faking her brain damage, how did she write the letter? and when she finally revealed to be able to react, how did she do so? for the whole book her brain damage kept her from doing most things - but she proved to have far more capacity than other characters believed, including her own nurses. what reasons would April and the other nurse (can't remember her name, oopsies) have to cover for her? April seems protective of her, but I can't really find that connection with the other nurse.

Nishita she didn't fake her brain damage. The doctors would have taken her scans at the beginning, but what happened is she got better and she was able to hide it.

There was also something Jeremy said that there was no physical issue. So, it's probably something that cannot be spotted using physical tests?

But I am also team letter. Just because of her name (Verity = truth), and Lowen in particular seemed so awful. She's the most unlikeable character in the book for me.
