Yes, but the revised edition is not shipping to Canada so Canadians are out of luck. Can get it from authors World History site but it works out to be around $100 CAD with shipping and handling.
Have someone in the US purchase one, then send it to you! It is under $35.00 in the US.
Nordskogpublishing.com ships to Canada. They have the book.
Michelle Hansen, yes, but it was the same price as the authors World History (it's his publisher). Too pricey. Hopefully, our local library will pick it up.
