I'm sorry to say, but usually--on a book site--people want descriptions of the books, not their film adaptions.
You can't mix up a novel written in 2000 with a TV show series written in 2020. Two different things!
That said, both the TV show and novel feature graphic sex scenes between a married man and his wife -- pretty vanilla sex -- so it depends on your personal definition of "clean vs. dirty".
