Cherlynn | cherreading I think she was starting to feel fear for her and the twins' lives. There was a scene where she said she realised she didn't feel safe leaving the babies at home with him while she went to the grocery store.

Maggie Yes, he would, as an innocent man and their biological father, have rights to seeing his children. She didn't feel comfortable with him being around them.

Donna Weber ( Recuperating from Surgery) Could you blame her?? Lol I was starting to fear for her life and the twins! I know it's fiction, but how could you not only kill your 6 month pregnant wife?? And your unborn child??? I wanted to believe he was innocent, but after awhile... The femme fatale sociopath saved her life and probably the twins in an odd sort of way! Crazy!

Danielle I think the point is he would have visitation/custody rights fo the children, esp because he was 'innocent' in the eyes of the law. She was extremely sleep deprived and pushed to her limit which i think is what drove her to kill him as well as fearing for their safety
