Well September was killed and they moved. Then because of the relationship they had and the promise made, July ended up living in Settle House her whole life, with September a part of her. She had an imaginary moment of how her life could be, but as she had always been controlled. September won. Took me a while to figure out which one was dead, but thought early on, one of them was.
