I just finished the book. I also thought it may have been a dream when I read it but after finishing the book I thought it may have been Bob. Anne never crossed my mind. I don't think Sarah would have gone there with Anne, it would have given Anne too much power over Sarah.

I was wondering this too! I need to know. Bob would be my guess but I’m not confident about that.
