Considering the huge amount of world building, character developments, coming and going of characters, plot lines and all the content that doesn't make it to books that you have to keep straight, I think a minor hiccup on a last name isn't a biggie. I'm forever renaming people because they're given names fall into a bland basket of nothingness for me and then they cease to exist. Terribly inconvenient when you see them every couple months in passing and still can't remember their name after 3 years.
I LOVE the small mistakes. You are my fav author now and little things like this keeps you normal to me.
