the problem between tam and keefe is HALARIOUS!!!
OMG Tam and Keefe literally doing anything together is one of the highlights of the book, just because they are literally the same person and hate each other.
I know, Tam and Keefe are literally the best!
Tam and Keefe need to go through some sort of forced bonding where they realize they were being dumb, and then Keefe steals a bite of mallowmelt from Tam's plate, and they go back to being ultimate frenimies

I don't understand that one becaus ethey literally hate eachother also I don't really like gay stuff.
Well, Katie, it's called enemies to lovers which is a common trope, and saying "you don't really like gay stuff" is homophobic, so please just let us enjoy our ship because there isn't enough LGBTQ+ rep in middle grade books!
