Rita Platt Yes. Even though Ram got on the bus and in the end it worked out and no one was hurt for it. It felt to me like a breach in the larger social contract. I keep asking myself if I would have done that for my BFF or husband (well, exes, I have 2 of those but no 3rd yet) or my children. The answer is largely, yes. I would have. Family first. But that's selfish, I think. Then, I think about schools. We're about to put kids on very real buses, which means we're putting all of society on metaphorical buses (the metaphor coming straight from your book.) Is that right? I don't think so. But, I'm still getting on the bus.

Paul Well.... spoilers Rams definitely did breach the social contract and paid for it (not a doctor anymore, whether by choice or not). I don't think schools should open, especially in the states that are hotspots, which are most of them now?
