I am commenting to disagree, since this is the top answer. I think they are an irrelevant couple, like the others answers say!
I don't think it could have been, because she mentioned their seating in relation to their spouses, and Charlie wasn't seated near Hannah since he was MC.
I don't think it was an error to not reveal their identities. I believe they were just there to warrant Aoife's point of the wedding planner being invisible and insignificant to the guests.
Misdirection. It's before Hannah and Luis are dancing, so you think you might go there, but the plot line takes a twist.
