Interesting thought. But, as I recall from looking at her bio some time ago, she spent significant time in the Asheville area. So, she knows where it is in relation to the coast. Very odd.
I wondered about that, too. My sister used to live in Atlanta, which is only a few hours from Asheville. I wonder if, growing up in Georgia, she considered Asheville as a less remote place than most people in NC see it? Either way, this was a mistake that would have been very easy to avoid if someone had pulled out a map.
