I suggest that the question asker and any others who have exhausted the Vorkosigian saga give the Sharing Knife and/or Five Gods books a try. My personal favorite of these are the Penric novella series, in internal chronological order, but I have come to love them all, with The Spirit Ring, her only stand alone novel at the bottom of the list for some reason.
I'll second the thought of reading the Sharing Knife and Five Gods books. The stories are very different from Miles, but just as good in their own way.
Actually, that is my next project. Right now I only have Paladin of Souls on hand, but I shall also start checking all online resources for the rest of the series. If I read Paladin first, will it spoil the others, or are they sufficiently complete in themselves?
Paladin certainly has major spoilers for The Curse of Chalion. It depends on how spoiler sensitive you are, but I am very glad that I read Curse first.
I forgot to add that the others can stand on their own, although I think the Penric novella series is strongest read in internal chronological order. I find the theology of the Five Gods universe explained most clearly in the Penric tales, perhaps since Penric is a scholar and he thinks nice clear explanations. I had read the three novels long before Penric's appearance, and after reading Penric's adventures I re-read the others with greater enjoyment.
I, too, have re-read the Vorkosigan books, this time in chronological order. I was thoroughly delighted with Cordelia, Miles and Co., the quad dies, Simon, Aral and at the end, Joel.
It was like discovering them all over again. Thank you, Lois, for a great series. I hope writing them gave you as much satisfaction as they gave me.
