Good comment. If only Biden felt this way about his cabinet! He worries more about the color and sexual orientation of his cabinet members than their qualifications. Biggest example is his VP selection. We should not look at race, but at merit. A meritocracy would be a better way to go. Based on most of the comments here, I would say most people would agree.
