So true - I finished it a few days ago, but have been out of town. I told everyone how good this book is, and Mason did such an outstanding job with his knowledge of the natural environment. I thought he must be a biologist, but no, he's a doctor. Great book.
Yes, he's not only a doctor by a psychiatrist, and understands human nature. All his books delve into what make people do what they do. Terrific writer.

He is. I want to read more of his work - have you read any of his other books? Is there one you'd recommend?
