Greetings from Knysna, South Africa!

I'm Dudley Venner, a former overland safari guide turned accidental author!

After spending more than a decade travelling through Africa, dodging wildlife, meeting some wonderfully colourful characters and making a few questionable decisions, I decided it was time to put some of those adventures on paper. 😂🐘

My debut book, *Musings of an Unemployed Safari Guide*, is a collection of true-ish tales filled with humour, adventure, close encounters, a few emotional moments and even some campfire recipes!

I'm currently working on the sequel, *More Musings*, due out in March 2027.

I'm here to connect with fellow authors and readers, discover great books, share stories and hopefully make a few friends along the way.
