Thibault Busschots Such a shame the story felt so underdeveloped. A library of botanical witchcraft sounds right up your alley.

The epilogue being so overly cheerful and happy that you felt as if someone dunked you in sugar syrup makes me laugh. Then again, I already knew you were sweet.

Good review, Srivalli.

Was supposed to be right up my alley, but I should have abandoned a dark alley instead. 🙄

Then imagine how excessively sweet it was!

Thank you, Thibault.

Tina Oh dear! This sounded so good but unfortunately they don't all end up being great. Hope you will love your next one Srivalli ❤️‍🩹

Melissa (Always Behind) Such a bummer when a great premise doesn't deliver. It always feels like a waste of time.

Shelley's Book Nook Oh my. What a disappointment. That cover and the premise would have sucked me in. Terrific review, Srivalli. I hope your next read is much better. 🤞🤗💕

Rachel Hanes So sorry this was a bit of a disappointment for you. This book does sound like it has great potential, but it just failed to deliver unfortunately. I hope your next read is a winner! Terrific review, Srivalli! 💗

Jayme C (Brunetteslikebookstoo) Well, it is a lovely cover! ☺️ Hope you love your next!

Ashlyn with a gorgeous and inventive concept such as botanical witchcraft, it hurts even more that this didn't deliver for you 🥲 it sounds like this tries to cover a lot of ground, but never develops enough depth in the world, characters, or romance to pull it off. and the rude and judgmental fmc is always a deal breaker for me 🙂‍↔️ hope you adore your next read beauty! gorgeous review 🩵

Absolutely, Ashlyn! This could have been such a hit. Thank you, sweetie. 💜

Jenny K (on partial break) Super review. Why can't writers realize when they are telling instead of showing? I'm sorry for your headache and toothache and hope you are feeling better :)

Thank you, Jenny! 💚 Luckily, both aches ceased once I finsihed the book.
