Karen A. Wyle Hello! I'd love to get a few reviewers for my upcoming American historical romance What Mends the Heart. It's the latest book in my Cowbird Creek series, but can easily be read as a stand-alone. Here's the description.

------
Tailor and widower Stephen Millory has no room in his heart for gladness, but he is at least relieved to be leaving Green Pond, Nebraska -- even if only while Cowbird Creek’s tailor, Mr. Sherman, is out of town. Without Mary, Stephen’s home holds nothing but painful memories. He expects to live in the rooms above Sherman’s shop. But when he arrives in Cowbird Creek, two surprises await him. Sherman has a sewing machine, a marvelous machine that fascinates Stephen as nothing has since Mary’s passing. And Sherman is so small a man that Stephen cannot possibly fit in the man’s custom-made bed. He will have to seek a room at Rebecca Wheeler’s boarding house.

Rebecca Wheeler enjoys taking care of people, and her boarders are amiable enough. She has no dreams of marriage, for reasons she has avoided discussing even with friends. But she and Stephen are immediately drawn to each other, and the attraction only grows. When Stephen realizes how he’s begun to feel, he’s overcome with guilt at the idea of even contemplating a relationship with any woman but Mary. And Rebecca is well aware that Stephen is still weighed down by grief.

Can they find their way through the obstacles surrounding each of them, before Stephen’s time in Cowbird Creek comes to an end?

I'll happily send up to 7 copies in .epub, .mobi, or PDF format. The book comes out October 15th and reviews posted around that time would be splendid, but later is acceptable. I'd prefer replies by email, to kawyle@att.net, but will try to check regularly for comments here. Thanks!
