I agree with your criticisms. And I'm a secular Jewish left person.
Good on you. I loved the book, but like the Bund itself the author should be available to serious and constructive critique. In terms of scholarship there are quite a few errors and misreadings that I hope to address shortly, if briefly. Chaverkhait!
