After the heart failure and surgery, Christ had to teach me that healing wasn’t about returning to who I was before — it was about letting Him reshape my identity, my purpose, and the way I saw what came next. The wilderness changed me, and that deeper dependence on Him is what eventually led into the next book, Love in the Wilderness.
