Application keeps getting denied > Likes and Comments

Hello, I have submitted my application for the Goodreads author program 3 times and I keep getting rejected.
my author email is the same as what is here for Goodreads. My author email has been made very visible on my website. my author website is listed on my Goodreads profile. The book is listed there and is correct. I am a KDP author.... my email for my KDP account is different and I note the correct one there. they just keep resending the instructions and not why so I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

I have a similar problem and it is an extremely frustrating process. I am using a pen name. So I am using the pen name email account for the Goodreads account in the role of author and the email account of my real name for the KDP account in the role of publisher.

Both can be easily verified and I provided links to websites, linked profile, official ISBN registration.

The forms of the author program allow for multiple email addresses for exactly this purpose.
