Free ARC — Where Steel Failed by Aurora Cold
Adult epic fantasy · 108,000 words · November 1, 2026
Hi everyone, I'm Aurora Cold. If you enjoy adult epic fantasy with secret warrior orders, hard-earned power, and friendships tested by difficult choices, I'd love to offer you an early copy.
A mission to recover a sword takes Seraph to an isolated monastery. He leaves it as the only survivor. A secret warrior order offers him a way to hunt the killer—but the power he must learn to wield awakens a hunger of its own.
The ARC is a free EPUB delivered through BookFunnel, compatible with Send to Kindle. Comment here or DM me, or request a copy at https://www.theoldhunger.com/#readers (newsletter signup is optional).
An honest review would mean a lot, with no obligation or fixed deadline. Please mention that you received a free copy if you review it.
Content notes: graphic violence, torture, death and grief.
Thank you for considering it!
