I am the author of Stop Teaching Rotten History: The Truth Every Young Indian Should Know About India’s Past.

The book examines some widely accepted narratives about Indian history and asks readers to look again at the evidence, chronology and interpretations behind them. My aim is not to ask readers to agree with me, but to encourage questioning, discussion and independent examination of the past.

I always appreciate discussions that ask for an honest review rather than simply praising a book because it’s popular. HOMELESS seems like the kind of title where personal reactions could differ quite a bit, so hearing what actually worked—or didn’t—would be much more useful than a generic recommendation.
