Remove book from my author list > Likes and Comments

Can you please help to remove the title, Ultimate Life, from my Rachelle J. Christensen author list?
This book is no longer in print and is connected to my ex-husband. I signed over rights to the book in my divorce several years ago.
I don't want it listed as connected to my name for legal reasons.

Because I am the one who uploaded the book originally, I am fine to have the book deleted permanently from goodreads.
If you need more information, please let me know. I appreciate your help in this matter.
