Jolanta Kigele Hi everyone!

My birth as an author actually happened twice: first, when I learned about my son’s autism diagnosis, and second, when the school system rejected him and warned me never to write about how they treated us.

I went quiet for years... but in the end, I simply couldn't stay silent.

My book, “They Don’t See Me: A Mother’s Memoir of Autism,” They Don’t See Me: A Mother’s Memoir of Autismis our story. Today, my 11-year-old son is living his dreams in digital fame as a YouTube gaming star and an idol to millions of kids around the globe—yet in real life, our family still faces society's judgment, avoidance, and rejection.

If you are raising a neurodivergent child, I know you will see yourself in our story. We are all fighting very similar battles for our children, no matter where we are in the world.

I would love to share free Apple Books promo codes with the first readers here in exchange for your honest reviews! But even more than that, I hope that after reading it, you give your child a tight hug and remind yourself that you are a fantastic parent just as you are.

Sending you all a big hug,
Jolanta
