If both editions are on your profile, you can combine them yourself.Not sure what you mean about the descriptions. They are not blank.
Scott, you are right, and I am sorry for the noise.The fault was entirely on my end. My checking script was reading the wrong object out of the page data: these pages embed a stub for the duplicate edition alongside the real book, and my parser picked the stub instead of the book the page actually renders. So it reported "no description, no cover, no work record" for records that were fine all along. Both descriptions are present, 1328 and 2205 characters, and the cover and work record are there too.
Nothing needs fixing on your side for either book. Thank you for the tip about combining editions from my own profile, I will handle that myself.

I am the author of these books and I ran into two page problems I cannot fix from the author edit form.

This page has no work record attached and shows no description or cover, even though the description is saved in the edit form. There is also a duplicate hardcover record for the same book (ASIN B0H8FQ45CL):

Could these two be combined into one work, so the page shows the cover and description?

Saving a description on this book does not stick. I entered the description in the edit form and saved it twice, and each time the field is empty again when I reload the edit page. Nothing else on the record seems affected.
