Need Help with multiple Covers > Likes and Comments

Hi there, I have 4-5 separate titles listed on Goodreads. But each title has a number of different covers. I was under the impression when I uploaded a new revised cover that it would replace the previous older cover. Not so. If I provide links to the newer, preferred covers, would you be able to remove the others?
