ISBN Taken Error for New Release: Case Files of a Handwriting Expert > Likes and Comments

Message: Hello Librarians,
My new book released today, but I am running into a database conflict. When I try to manually add the book, I get an error saying the ISBNs and ASIN are already taken by a book in "Public" status. However, when I try to search for the title or use the direct ISBN URL trick, I get the error: "Sorry you couldn’t get to where you wanted to go."
Could a librarian please search the backend database for these identifiers, locate the ghost/draft record, and set it to Public?
