Hardcovers of the SubPress edition of "Knife Children" are still available though Uncle Hugo's here in Minneapolis; they also have the above-mentioned paperback p-o-d, and the others as well.

Calling would work, or email. Don the owner may have to drive out to my house, occasioning delay, but they can get you one.
Some of what's in my garage is not in their database, but it still may be worth asking about.

My report: I phoned a few minutes ago (12:40 pm mipple time) and the nice guy who answered the phone put me on hold to check places he knew of, but alas. I shall email, and include a screenshot of our words here.

The rest are in a mix of paperback and trade paperback, some out-of-print but still findable hardcovers, plus my little trailing print-on-demand rounding up the last 2 previously uncollected novellas.
I should add, almost all of my titles that Hugo's carries are signed by me, at no added charge, because owner Don brings them out to my house for the purpose, when he gets new stock in.

You were recently waxing pessimistic on whether the three-title omnibus editions of the Penric titles would/not continue. If they didn't, I'd hope you might do a POD edition to fill in, maybe with a crowdfunding angle to estimate demand/initial print run in advance.
My local library has all the Sub Press editions of the Penric tales but recently had Bandit with an on-order status, but for about nine months, then it disappeared from the database. Why would what would seem like a routine process of acquisition go haywire, I wonder.

One of the advantages of print on demand for titles with quirky demand is that it doesn't require a print run. Books are produced one at a time as ordered. So all the problems of managing inventory go away.
Libraries sometimes have weird acquisition rules. A quick check of the Subterranean Press website finds the book is still in print there -- pricey, but so it goes these days -- so your library should still be able to order one directly from SubPress. You might point this out to them.
I should add, libraries are often reluctant to buy indie books, for assorted reasons, some good, some annoying.

I still have my Spirit Ring trade paperback from the 90s, but I've bought the other 2. I like to have everything in print, if possible. As well as e-book and audio, these days.
