Hello! My author name was changed to "Agon ." by mistake. Could you please correct my author name back to Dr. Agon and link my 3rd book to the "DNA OF THE GODS" series as Book 3?

We cannot change your name. It was changed by staff which means it is now in accordance with policy. You'll have to talk to them if you wish to contest it.

Hello! The name "Dr. Agon" is my official author pen name under which my books are published on Amazon and other platforms. Because of the lock put by staff, my profile cannot auto-update new books properly.

I already tried that. The official Help link at the bottom has been broken for a week (it throws a Salesforce error page). Since your internal support form is broken and staff member Adri locked my pen name "Dr. Agon", how exactly am I supposed to fix my author profile? Please help me escalate this or advise a working contact.
