Last April, I purchased a publishing package from them to publish a book of poems. Unfortunately, the services promised were never provided, despite my payment. Furthermore, an agent named Paul Adams promised me a refund, which I have still not received.
While the last name is similar, there is no connection between the author Annie Adams and Paul Adams from Penguin Expert Publishing. However, I am concerned that these publishers may somehow have access to what I am posting.
