Ratings from old pen name still attached to my profile > Likes and Comments

Hi, I previously published some books under my maiden name (Benita J. Prins). Since getting married, I had changed my profile name to my married name (Benita J. Thompson) as that's the name I intend to continue publishing under. My old books no longer appear on my author profile since the name is different; however, the ratings from those books still appear there as my average rating. Could these books please be fully detached from my author profile?

Hi Benita

I believe this has happened because instead of going through Support (Staff) when you wanted to change your name you changed it yourself a few years ago.

What I believe would probably be the best solution would be for Support to move your Prins books back to your profile & for you & Support to create a new profile for the Thompson name - especially since your new book hasn't got any ratings/reviews as yet. (if you have any arc readers, tell them to wait till this is sorted out before placing a review)

Hi Carol! Sorry, I'm somehow only just seeing this. Thank you for the suggestion! Would I need to create a new account for the new Thompson profile? I don't want to lose my friends and history on this account from the past 10 years, but I don't want to maintain two accounts either. :)

Or perhaps these are questions for Support! I will message them too.
